Ryan Kyle has spent the last 9 years working in the software and toy industries as a Finance and Accounting leader. He now serves as the VP of Finance, overseeing accounting, human resources and the supply chain operations.

Prior to Smith & Tinker, Ryan was the Controller at Cranium, Inc. in Seattle, WA, where he was responsible for finance and planning, treasury and accounting operations. Before that, Ryan spent 7 years at Onyx Software Corporation. He held several positions, including Revenue Operations Manager, Americas Controller and Corporate Controller. As the Corporate Controller he successfully implemented global policy and procedures for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley which enabled the Company to receive a clean opinion as an accelerated filer. In addition he managed a global accounting team which included four international locations and a staff of 15 people.
